Our Return Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than 4AntwerpDiamonds.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no 4AntwerpDiamonds.com return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

We guarantee the authenticity of all items we sell for LIFE to the original buyer. Our pre-owned and new watches come with a one year guarantee from Antwerp Diamonds and a complete appraisal. Our estate jewelry is guaranteed authentic for LIFE and also comes with an appraisal. Loose diamonds are guaranteed authentic and come with both an appraisal and official grading certificate. 4AntwerpDiamonds.com also warrants that all merchandise will be free of workmanship and manufacturing defects.

How can I pay for the diamond?

Wire transfer - any amount
Credit cards - up to $20,000 ( call for approval on larger amounts).
PayPal- From Confirmed US members only.
Bank or Personal Check– any amount.

Wire transfers are the preferred method of payment. All sales outside the US can be made by Wire transfer or international money orders ONLY. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal from outside the United States.

Sales Tax:
Antwerp Diamonds is located in Sarasota, FL USA and is required to collect sales tax for items purchased and delivered within the State of Florida. We do not collect any sales tax for items that are shipped anywhere else within the USA or overseas. If sales or use tax is due in any other state, it will be your responsibility to contact the state in question and inquire about the possible tax liabilities. All international orders are shipped FOB Sarasota, FL USA. You will be responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, you can order your gift certificate on-line or call us toll free. We offer gift certificates in any amount.

Do you always have the diamonds in stock?
Because some of our loose diamonds are also for sale in public auctions, Ebay auctions and on the Diamond Exchange, they may become unavailable at very short notice, so we therefore retain the right to cancel any order that we cannot fulfill.

How do you ship my purchase?
All sales within the continental United States are shipped overnight and fully insured by us. We us Express Mail for super fast delivery and to insure the safe and accurate delivery of your purchase. You will be required to sign for receipt of the package upon delivery.

What information does Antwerp Diamonds collect about me?
The only details we gather are your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, type of preferred payment, type of credit card. All details are for our internal use only, and we do not transfer them to any third party, unless required by law.

Do you share the information you gather with others?
At 4AntwerpDiamonds.com, the privacy policy is very simple. We will NEVER give any of your information to anybody. This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out to any other firm, unless required by law.

Does 4AntwerpDiamonds.com sell color enhanced or clarity enhanced diamonds?
Antwerp Diamonds does not sell color or clarity enhanced diamonds. We further state that our diamonds are not enhanced or heat treated in any way.

Are the diamonds from Legitimate Sources?
According to the United Nations resolutions, we are obligated to declare and state on our invoices, that "The loose diamonds herein have been purchased from legitimate sources, not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these loose diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these loose diamonds".

Trade Ins / Buy-Backs / Consignments

4AntwerpDiamonds.com wants to be your online jeweler for life. For that reason, not only do we sell diamonds but we also guarantee to buy them back from you! Regardless of weather or not you purchased it from us.

Three Year Buy Back - If for any reason you need to sell your diamond, 4AntwerpDiamonds will buy back your loose diamond purchase for 75% of the original purchase price from 4AntwerpDiamonds. Diamond must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document. If you purchased your diamond from another jeweler we are still interested. Call us with the details of what you have to sell for our immediate offer.
Trade-Up Policy - If for any reason you would like to "trade-up" a loose diamond purchased from us, 4AntwerpDiamonds will give you a credit equal to 85% of the original purchase price of your laboratory graded diamond. Diamond must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document. New purchase must exceed initial purchase by a minimum of 50%. The trade-up policy assumes that you own your diamond for a minimum of 3 years. Trade-up policy on more recent purchases will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Immediate Cash Purchase Program – 4AntwerpDiamonds.com buys all certified diamonds and non-certified diamonds over ½ carat in size that are SI clarity or better. We will buy your diamond even if you purchased it elsewhere! We also buy most swiss watches such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Patek Phillippe, Vacheron, IWC, and others as well. If your diamond does not have a certificate we can have your diamond certified for you by GIA, EGL and AGS. In order to list your diamond on our database the diamond must be in our possession.
